1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and Sitetrail LLC, operator of
Esperora (“Esperora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the
service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
If you use Esperora for an organization, you represent that you have
authority to bind that organization.
2. What Esperora is—and is not
Esperora provides general-wellness, self-discovery, reflection, and
AI-generated conversational experiences. It may help you consider
questions and possibilities, but it does not make decisions for you.
Esperora is not medical or mental-health care, therapy,
diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or an emergency
service. Do not rely on it for urgent or high-stakes decisions.
Verify important information with an appropriately qualified person.
AI can be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpectedly wrong.
Symbolic experiences—including astrology, tarot, dream interpretation,
and numerology—are offered for reflection and entertainment. They do not
establish fact, certainty, psychological truth, or guaranteed prediction.
Self-discovery results are not clinical or scientifically complete
descriptions of a person.
AI providers and automated routing
Esperora may use models or services provided by OpenAI, Google (Gemini),
xAI (Grok), or DeepSeek. For any particular request, Esperora may
automatically select the provider or model using technical routing based
on factors such as safety, language, capability, quality, availability,
latency, regional restrictions, and cost. The selected provider may
differ between requests, and use of Esperora does not guarantee access
to any particular provider or model.
Automated provider routing chooses the technology used to generate a
response. It does not make legal or similarly significant decisions
about you. Our Privacy Policy explains what
information may be sent to the selected provider.
If you believe you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact
local emergency services or a qualified human professional. Esperora is
not continuously monitored and cannot provide emergency assistance.
3. Accounts and security
Some features work without a registered account. Saving and restoring
certain progress, purchases, or cloud history may require one. You agree
to provide accurate information, protect access to your account and
device, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized use.
You may delete your account through the app or the
Delete Account page. Deleting an Esperora
account does not by itself cancel a Google Play subscription.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Digital products are sold through Google Play. Google displays and
charges the exact local price before purchase and handles payment
credentials, taxes, cancellations, and eligible refunds under its terms
and applicable law.
Weekly Companion
Weekly Companion is an automatically renewing weekly subscription. Unless
cancelled through Google Play before the next billing date, it renews at
the price displayed by Google Play. Cancellation stops future renewal and
normally leaves the current paid period available until it expires.
Weekly included Insights expire at their stated weekly boundary and do
not roll over.
Insight packs
Separately purchased Insight packs do not expire unless required by law,
Google Play action, refund, chargeback, fraud prevention, or these Terms.
Feature costs are displayed before you confirm use.
Advertising and ad-free access
Free experiences may display third-party advertising after any required
consent choice. Ad availability, content, and timing can vary. Weekly
Companion includes an ad-free experience while the subscription is active.
Under the current product rules, available purchased Insights may also
suppress eligible ad placements. Ad-free access does not remove notices
that are necessary for purchases, safety, privacy, or service operation.
Refunds and reversals
Refund eligibility is determined by Google Play and applicable law. When
Google confirms a refund or payment reversal, the affected entitlement
may be revoked. To prevent a refunded AI service from remaining available,
stored AI-generated responses and conversation history associated with
the refunded account may be removed. An unrelated, non-refunded Insight
pack remains unaffected where technically and legally possible.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in the Google Play subscriptions area.
Uninstalling the app or deleting your Esperora account does not
automatically cancel the subscription.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Esperora to:
- violate law or another person’s rights;
- exploit, sexualize, endanger, or harm a child;
- encourage self-harm, violence, hate, harassment, or abuse;
- obtain or facilitate dangerous, fraudulent, or illegal instructions;
- impersonate others deceptively or interfere with the service;
- probe security, bypass limits, automate abuse, or resell access;
- submit information you lack the right or consent to provide; or
- use outputs as a substitute for regulated professional advice.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access reasonably necessary to
protect users, the service, or legal compliance.
6. Your content and our materials
You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant us and our
processors a limited license to host, transmit, process, reproduce, and
transform it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service,
respond to support or safety reports, and meet legal obligations.
Esperora, its design, software, authored content, artwork, and trademarks
are owned by or licensed to us. We grant you a personal, limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service
under these Terms. AI output may not be unique, and other users may
receive similar output.
Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to
compensate you, but we will not treat private prompts or account content
as public feedback merely because you use Esperora.
7. Changes, availability, and termination
We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not
guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device,
or that AI and third-party services will always respond. When reasonable,
we will avoid changes that unfairly remove paid value and will honor
mandatory consumer rights.
You may stop using Esperora at any time. Sections that by their nature
should survive—such as ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, and
limits—continue after termination.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Esperora is provided “as is” and “as
available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a
particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the extent permitted by law, Sitetrail LLC and its affiliates,
officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or
for lost profits, data, opportunities, or goodwill arising from the
service. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the
amount you paid for Esperora during the six months before the event giving
rise to the claim or USD $50.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot
lawfully be excluded or limited. Google is not responsible for
Esperora’s content, support, or services except for its own Google Play
obligations.
9. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date and provide
additional notice where required. If a provision is unenforceable, the
remaining provisions continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not
a waiver. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may
transfer it in connection with a reorganization, financing, sale, or
transfer of the service.
Applicable law governs these Terms without depriving you of mandatory
protections available in your place of residence. Before starting a
formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
