Delete directly in Esperora

1. Open Esperora and select Me.
2. Scroll to Delete account and local data.
3. Read the explanation and confirm Delete everything.

This removes local profile information, saved discoveries, unfinished assessments, and reflections. When connected, Esperora also requests deletion of your cloud account and deletable associated data.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address connected to your Esperora account. Use the subject “Delete my Esperora account” and state that you want your account and associated data deleted. Do not include private chats, assessment answers, identification documents, or payment-card information.

Request deletion without deleting your account

To remove a specific saved assessment, open History and choose Forget this. You can also email support@esperora.com and name only the category of data you want deleted; do not send the private content itself. We may ask for a limited verification step.

What is deleted

• your account email and linked sign-in identifier;
• saved personal profile details and optional birth information;
• saved assessments, results, reflections, and compact personal memory;
• ordinary AI conversations and generated responses;
• linked-experience answers and active connections associated with you; and
• deletable service projections and account records.

What may be retained

We may retain the minimum records necessary for payment, refund, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, or to establish that the deletion was completed. Technical and security logs may remain for up to 90 days. Transaction records may remain for the period required by applicable law and Google Play obligations.

Retained records are restricted and are not used to recreate your deleted profile or conversations. Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days, unless a different period is required by law.

Important: cancel subscriptions separately

Open Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Esperora → Cancel subscription, or visit Google Play subscriptions.
